How to Install Your eSIM
Follow these steps to easily install eSIM on your phone. We recommend installing before departure - it activates automatically when you arrive.
iPhone Installation Steps
Open Settings
Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data)
Add eSIM
Tap 'Add eSIM' or 'Add Cellular Plan'
Scan QR Code
Choose 'Use QR Code' and scan the QR code we provided, or enter the activation code manually
Confirm Addition
Follow the prompts to confirm and add the eSIM
Label Your eSIM
Give your eSIM a label like 'Travel' or 'Japan' for easy identification
Enable Data Roaming
Go to Settings > Cellular > your new eSIM > Turn on Data Roaming
Select for Data
Set this eSIM as your cellular data line when you arrive at your destination
